This question is often asked. I have not personally seen a spike deer in my life. I have seen a spike deer once, and that was in a field of corn and soybeans. That deer had been hit by a train.

I’m not sure I’m ready to say that a spike deer has always been a spike deer, but we’ve been seeing them get hit by trains in the past couple years. And they’ve also been hit by trucks, which is a big deal. The old saying “a spike should never be hit by a train” probably applies here as well.

The story we’ve been hearing about this deer is that the spikes that were made from the same metal-like component that was used to make the spikes on the train cars made the deer hit them. But in reality there isnt any metal-like component in the spikes, so the deer probably just hit the deer. I do admit that I got hit by a train once and it hurt like crazy. It was so bad that my back started to swell up. But I got over it.
In the trailer, the deer was apparently an antler-like component that was shaped into spikes. But my theory has always been that it’s just the deer hitting the spike that makes the whole thing go berserk. But that’s a theory that may be wrong.
The deer in the trailer is definitely not a spike. It’s just a deer that is hit by a train.
Which leads me to my next theory: I think antler-like spikes made it explode. And I think that was bad.
