I’ve been coming across this delicious venison cut in my kitchen all summer long. It’s not a recipe I’ve come across before, but I do enjoy it. I can definitely see myself making this dish more often.

I knew it was a thing that I could do well, and it was an opportunity I had to make up for what I never learned. I have no trouble cooking for myself, but I do find it hard to cook for others.
